The product

Do I really not need a duvet cover?
Correct. The outer fabric is the cover. Use CloudDuo directly on the bed and wash the whole duvet when needed.

Is it warm enough for winter?
Yes. The 350 g/m² filling is made for autumn and winter nights. In hot summer nights it may feel too warm.

What is it made of?
Shell and filling are 100% polyester microfibre, with quilted stitching. Reversible two-tone design.

How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle and tumble dry gentle. The 150 and 180–200 cm sizes need a drum of 8 kg or more.

Which size do I need?
90 cm bed: 180×270 · 105 cm: 200×270 · 135 cm: 235×270 · 150 cm: 250×270 · 180–200 cm: 260×270 cm.

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Spain within 24–72 business hours. Mainland Spain 3–7 business days; rest of the EU 5–10. Shipping is free.

What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

How do the bundles work?
