Returns & Refunds

We want you to sleep well with your Sommelune CloudDuo. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. As an EU consumer you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason; Sommelune voluntarily extends this to 30 days.

How to return: (1) email cozybeamsoport@gmail.com with your order number; (2) we reply within 48 business hours with the return address; (3) send the item back clean, dry and folded. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or wrong items, which we cover.

Condition: as a bedding product, please return it clean and in good condition; you may be liable for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product.

Refunds: full amount including original standard shipping, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item.

Defects: 3-year legal guarantee. Email photos to cozybeamsoport@gmail.com for a replacement or full refund.
